TANYA McCALL AS "LIBERTY"
Tanya is a recent arrival
to Melbourne, via Queensland, London and Sydney. Her UK theatre
credits include the lead roles of "Kate Nickleby" in
Nicolas Nickleby, "Yerma" in Yerma
for the prestigious Camden People's Theatre and various roles
in the Theatre In Education (TIE) production of Puss In
Boots, touring schools for three months in the UK and
Wales.
Her Australian theatre credits include "Ringmaster" in Jester Hardings Junkroom Hootenanny, "Pope Joan" in Top Girls and "Azdak/Storyteller" in The Caucasian Chalk Circle.
A graduate of the University of Southern Queensland with a BA in Acting, she has additionally played the role of "Hannah" in the UK feature film Hiding From Hitler (filmed at Shepparton Studios) and appeared as "Jane" in the UK short film Tube Life.
Tanya is also an experienced drama tutor for children and teens, having taught at the Sydney Talent School, Questors Theatre Company, London and the Faye Rolph Academy.
