JACKLYNNE BELOT AS
“FRANKLIN”
Seeking her own Pegasus
through acting, singing and working with young people, Jackie’s
experience to date includes four years of theatre and teaching
with international Christian communications company, Covenant
Players (established in 1963 by playwright and director,
Charles M. Tanner), touring Australia, New Zealand, Singapore,
Malaysia, East Malaysia and the Philippines. As a member of the
Covenant Players, she has worked as an actor, director,
tour/team leader and workshop leader - E.S.L exploring interpersonal
communication, drama & social development themes.
Jackie has also enjoyed a stint as a plus size model for Myer during Melbourne Fashion Week and has fronted Melbourne band Ezra’s Rock. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at the Australian Catholic University, Melbourne. Her course is part of her training as a secondary school chaplain. Future direction for Jackie includes her commitment to developing her acting craft and seeking roles for film, television and stage. Jackie grew up in country Victoria, but is no stranger to the Peninsula, having spent many holidays at her late grandmother’s at Mt Martha. Jackie’s personal interests include auntie duties, spirituality, singing, animals (especially cats and horses), bush walking and water sports.
